The provisions of this catalog do not constitute a contract, express or implied, between any applicant, student or faculty member and Medaille College. The College reserves the right to withdraw courses or programs at any time, to change fees or tuition, calendar, curriculum, faculty assignments, degree requirements, graduation procedures, and any other requirements affecting students. The College retains the exclusive right to judge academic proficiency and may decline to award any degree, certificate, or other evidence of successful completion of a program, curriculum, or course of instruction based thereupon. While some academic programs described in this catalog are designed for the purposes of qualifying students for registration, certification, or licensure in a profession, successful completion of any such program in no way assures registration, certification, or licensure by an agency other than Medaille College.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with

effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
