Charles Moran is the chair of the board of trustees and the president and chief operating officer of Delaware North Companies – a “global leader in hospitality and food service.” A native of Buffalo, Moran began his tenure at Delaware North in 1992 as a vice president of finance and was promoted to the company’s top operations job in 2004.

Michael Moley joined Catholic Health System in 2004 and currently serves as the corporation's Chief Human Resource Officer. Prior to joining Catholic Health, Moley held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Dunlop Tire Corporation and Goodyear Dunlop Tires of North America. Moley is a founding member of the Health Science Charter School in Buffalo and Chair of the Accountability Committee, and is a member of Medaille's Leadership Management Council, among other philanthropic endeavors.

Stuart Angert retired as the chief executive officer of Fiserv Automotive in 2006, a position he had held since 1991. Since retiring, Angert has provided his business expertise and entrepreneurial skills to the boards of directors and trustees of several local organizations and the advisory councils of a number of WNY-based institutions.


Pamela C. Brown, Ed.D.

Pamela C. Brown, Ed.D. is the Superintendent of the Buffalo Public School system. Throughout her career, Dr. Brown has served as a bilingual educator, a cross-cultural specialist and an administrator. She is widely regarded as an expert in planning and social policy and has extensive experience serving districts and communities facing economic challenges. Dr. Brown earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Stanford University, her Bilingual Teacher Certification from the University of Southern California, her master’s degree in Educational Administration from San Francisco State University, and her Ph.D. through Harvard University’s Urban Superintendent Program.

Stephen Cicchinelli is the director of operations for Verizon Communications in the Long Island, N.Y. region. Cicchinelli has served with Verizon Communications for more than 25 years, heading up the company’s Online Consumer Technical Support Centers in Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune, India prior to taking on his most recent role.

Kent Frey is the president of Frey Electric Construction Co., Inc. Prior to his present role, Frey held numerous positions within Frey Electric beginning in the accounting department and quickly moving through the ranks. Beyond his work at Frey Electric, Frey served with numerous electrical contractors over the course of five years in the I.B.E.W. Local #41’s Apprentice Program . He is currently involved with a variety of local and national nonprofit organizations including the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.

Now retired, Hunter earned advanced degrees in community nursing and curriculum development from the University at Buffalo and joined their faculty in 1978, after serving as a public health nurse coordinator with the Veterans Administration.

Dr. Richard Jurasek has served as the president of Medaille College since 2007. Prior to joining Medaille, Dr. Jurasek was the executive vice president of Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. At Antioch, Dr. Jurasek was responsible for overseeing admissions, financial aid, academic affairs, student affairs and auxiliary services.

Darius Pridgen is the senior pastor of True Bethel Baptist Church and Council President Ellicott District Common Council. A Medaille graduate, Pridgen serves as a community leader within the city of Buffalo and has spent his career advocating for the less fortunate. Based on the recommendation of Commissioner Denise O’Connell, Pastor Pridgen was appointed to serve on both State and Federal Juvenile Justice Boards.

In her capacity as vice president, she oversees all aspects of communications, branding and marketing for the organization. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field, Raphael is recognized as one of the most influential figures in the broadcast industry.

Robert Stevenson is the president and CEO of Eastman Machine Company, a position in which he has served since 1983. Stevenson graduated from Yale University and immediately began his career with Eastman, working in roles ranging from service manager to Corporate Treasurer. In addition to his career at Eastman, Stevenson has served on the boards of directors and trustees of United Way of Buffalo, InSyte Consulting and the New York Federal Reserve Advisory Board among other local and national nonprofit organizations.

Rocco Termini is a managing member of the Buffalo-based development group, Signature Development Buffalo who has been responsible for the development of six mixed-use buildings in downtown Buffalo, the most recent of which is the newly renovated Hotel @ Lafayette. He serves as a guest lecturer at both the University at Buffalo and Medaille College. Termini also serves on the boards of directors and trustees of a variety of local nonprofit organizations, including Buffalo Downtown Development, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and Buffalo Place.

Kenneth Trbovich ’99 is the president of Servotronics, Inc. Servotronics founded in 1959, is an award winning company known for its design, development, and manufacture of high quality components, systems and sub-systems for use wherever precise control, reliability and cost containment are primary requirements. Their product applications can be found from outer space, military, and commercial aircraft, helicopters, ground vehicles, test equipment, and precisions controls of all types.

Dale Stephens is a senior personnel administrator with the New York State Thruway Authority. Stephens has been professionally involved in human resources for more than 35 years and holds a position as an adjunct instructor at Bryant and Stratton College.

I'm grateful for the education I've received.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
