Medaille College has been designated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Yellow Ribbon School under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program for the 2011-12 academic year. Tuition for any of Medaille’s undergraduate or graduate programs will be covered in full for students who qualify for the Post-9/11 GI Bill at the 100% rate.
This program applies to an unlimited number of qualified veterans or military service members.
With this designation, Medaille continues its commitment to serving as a military-friendly resource for WNY veterans and their families. This program, combined with extensive support from Medaille’s Office of Veterans and Military Affairs and its Student Veterans Alliance, make the transition from combat to classroom that much smoother for veterans as they pursue a post-military career.
Medaille’s flexible programs and selection of degrees have proven popular in recent years, including undergraduate programs in criminal justice and psychology, graduate programs in mental health counseling and education, and new online programs such as the bachelor of science in homeland security.
The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
