Medaille College is very proud to have acquired an original piece by Brian Nestline.  The Faces of Medaille Project started in the Spring of 2010 with Melisa Williams, Director of the Student Involvement Center partnering with local artist Brian Nestline of Faces of Buffalo LLC. With the partnership established, the Student Involvement Center launched their “face drawing campaign” at the New Student Orientation of 2010. Since the launch the Student Involvement Center invited the Medaille College Community to complete their drawings for the rendition of Medaille’s iconic Main Building.

With almost 400 faces of students, faculty and staff, the drawings were delivered with care to Brian for the final project. Since each Faces of Buffalo picture takes over a thousand pictures to complete, Brian added in faces he has collected from the Buffalo Community.  Having community members integrated into the projected was the catalyst of the title: “Faces of Medaille College and the Community It Serves”. A perfect partnership as Medaille College is known as “Buffalo’s College”.

I'm grateful for the education I've received.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
