The Office of College Relations may provide a photographer or videographer to cover campus events or specific needs for web or print communications. Please complete the following form in order for your request to be considered. We will make every attempt to provide adequate coverage for your photography needs. 

Billing and scheduling

Please be aware that reasonable photography costs may be charged to your departmental or program budget, and may include a two hour minimum for the photographer's time. Our office will be in contact with you about costs, billing and to confirm the schedule. Though last minute photography needs and priority opportunities may be accommodated, allow at least three weeks for your request. 

Existing photography

If you are looking for existing photos, please use this form and describe with as much detail as possible the types of pictures you need, the audience for which the photos are intended and the media (print, web, powerpoint) on which the photos will be used.
