  1. Log into Medaille One
  2. From the Welcome screen select the "Students" tab.
  3. At the bottom of the "Students" tab, under "Student Records", click on "More BannerWeb Student Records".
  4. This brings you to the "Student Records Menu".
  5. Click on the "Apply for Graduation" option which is 2nd from the bottom. This will start the application process.
  6. First is the "Curriculum Selection" screen. Here you need to select the degree you are applying for. If this information is incorrect, contact your Academic Advisor or Student Services immediately. If more than one is showing, select the correct option. If multiple options apply, the application process will need to be completed for each one.
  7. Second is the "Graduation Date Selection" screen. Select a date from the drop-down menu that is AFTER all of your requirements will be met.
  8. Third is the "Graduation Ceremony Selection" screen. Select one of the three options (yes, no, or undecided). This is not absolute and you always have the option to change your mind.
  9. Fourth is the "Diploma Name Selection" screen. PLEASE NOTE this is EXACTLY what will be printed on your diploma. If your name is not correct, you MUST provide a name change request to the Registrar's Office or Student Services Office along with legal documentation for the revision to be processed.
  10. Steps Five and Six are the "Diploma Mailing Address Selection" screens. On the first screen select an option from the drop-down menu. The second screen provides you all of the mailing information to verify.
  11. Step Seven, the final step, is the "Graduation Application Summary" screen. This is a recap screen that allows you one last chance to review your information before it is submitted.
  12. To complete the process click on the "Submit Request" button.
I'm grateful for the education I've received.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
