Preparing students for a career in the classroom has long been an important focus of Medaille. Our faculty of dedicated instructors are teachers, first and foremost. Many of them have years of experience in school administration as well as the classroom.

Convenient scheduling is provided to best suit your lifestyle and commitments with classes offered in evening, day or weekend formats. Our Literacy and Students with Disabilities programs are offered in the evening. The newest offering, our Adolescent/Secondary Education program, can be taken as a weekend or day program (Mondays/Tuesdays).
Medaille College's Teacher Education Program: which is designed to focus on excellence in teaching with an emphasis on personal attention to our diverse learners, is granted Accreditation by the Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC) for a period of five years, from December 11, 2009 to December 11, 2014. This accreditation certifies that the forenamed professional education program has provided evidence that the program adheres to TEAC's quality principles.
