Medaille's Masters of Organizational Leadership is preparing the next generation of leaders. It's designed to develop and enhance the management skills necessary to function effectively within business, industry, healthcare and community organizations. While maintaining a job, our students can attend classes at night or online to develop and enhance the leadership skills necessary to change or advance their career. Our program focuses on the management of human and physical resources within various organizational cultures. Students learn the skills required to manage people, plans and projects.

This program is designed for aspiring and existing leaders who will be challenged to expand their ability for innovative thinking, problem solving and inspirational leadership. Coursework is enhanced through the use of individual laptop computers to teach the programs and skill necessary in today's leadership field.

International Assembly For Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) Accreditation

Medaille College's business and business-related programs at the Buffalo, Amherst and Rochester Campuses have received specialized accreditation through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), located in Olathe, Kansas. The IACBE promotes and recognizes excellence in business education in colleges at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

The business programs on the Amherst and Rochester Campuses in the following degrees are accredited by IACBE:

  • Associate of Science in Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration
  • Master of Business Administration

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is currently under review for accreditation by IACBE. The Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems has been recently added and accreditation by IACBE is pending. The IACBE reviews new programs only after two years of outcomes assessment data has been accumulated.

The IACBE requires that every member disclose their learning outcomes assessment. The assessment results can be found in our annual report linked below.
