Alumni Mentor Program
The Alumni Mentor Program works in collaboration with the Office of College Relations, enabling participants to network with TRiO SSS alumni who have graduated and obtained positions in their desired fields. Prospective graduates make career inroads and learn from former TRiO SSS students willing to share their expertise. Alumni mentoring panels are held monthly.

Services for Students with Disabilities
We collaborate with the Office of Accessibility Services to provide students with documented disabilities access to note-takers, testing accommodations, books on tape (audio books), adaptive equipment, and other services, when appropriate. What Students Say About TRIO Student Support Services

Scott"TRiO SSS pushes their students to achieve anything that they put their minds to. The counselors here are always available for help and guidance towards the right direction. The counselors build professional and personal relationships with their students and make them feel like it's a safe place for growth. SSS has many different kinds of workshops to help students and even holds mini events for their students so they're not stressing out with a bunch of work. Overall, their main focus is helping students transition smoothly from college so we can succeed."

dandy"TRiO is a safe place to go and study and interact with different people on campus. Everyone that works in the office is always willing to help me and makes sure that I am successful. I would not be the student I am today if it wasn’t for my TRiO counselor checking in and making sure I have everything I need to be successful. They have so many great resources for us that make my life so much easier knowing that if I do not have something, I can count on them. Whenever I don’t have a pen or need a good laugh I stop into the TRiO office."

Reiderer"The TRiO Student Support Services Program has positively impacted my life by providing many tools to support achieving my educational goals while maintaining my status on the Medaille women’s bowling team. Many participants are happy with the free printing TRiO offers; however, I am grateful for all of the other opportunities I receive. Besides having a great working environment to complete schoolwork, TRiO also provides free access to an hour of tutoring per class per day to help you succeed. Flexible hours are also very beneficial for students like me with a rigorous schedule. It is nice to have the support from a staff member to talk to regarding academic support as well as a fellow upperclassmen who can give advice regarding classes, professors, and studying tricks.  I enjoyed the opportunity to attend Money Monday Workshops, where I was educated on how to budget my money so I can be on the fast track of getting out of college debt. Without the support from the TRiO SSS Program I would have not passed my first semester at Medaille, let alone made the Dean’s List."
