*Arthur Allen Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to an adult student seeking a bachelor’s or master’s degree who is currently enrolled in the Accelerated Learning Program in Amherst or Rochester.
Funded by alumni gifts to support endowment this scholarship is awarded to a relative of a Medaille graduate demonstrating financial need and academic excellence.
Roger F. Bonenfant Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of Roger Bonenfant, a faculty member in the Human Services Program from 1971 to 1988. This scholarship is awarded to a Junior or Senior based on need and academic standing.

Established to recognize a business major demonstrating financial need and academic excellence.
Jacqueline Downey Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to full-time undergraduate students, who are in their senior year, maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Allen Lee Downing Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of Allen Lee Downing, a 26 year old ALP student who left an indelible impression on those with whom he came in contact. This scholarship is awarded to students aspiring to become leaders in the business world, with a strong passion for and commitment to the service of others are encouraged to apply for the Allen Lee Downing Memorial Scholarship.
Alexander P. and Charlotte T. Dzierba Scholarship
Established at Medaille College in honor of Alexander Paul and Charlotte T. Dzierba by their family and friends. The scholarship pays tribute to their enduring traits of self-initiative, life-long learning, and deep abiding love for family.
Garman Family Scholarship
Awarded to students pursuing degrees in Education, Child and Youth Services, and Health
Darlene Harding Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of Darlene Harding, a Medaille College faculty member for ten years. This award is given to students pursuing degrees that emphasize mathematics and science.
William Randolph Hearst Scholarship
Awarded to first generation college students. The Hearst Foundation donated money to provide opportunities to help students achieve a college education.
*Alice Huber Memorial Scholarship
Established in honor of Sister Alice Huber and is awarded to an incoming freshman with good academic standing and financial need.
Margaret Kafka ’90 Women Aspire Scholarship
Awarded to a female non-traditional age student with financial need for whom a college degree will be a life altering achievement.
*Key Bank Scholarship
Thanks to a generous gift from Key Bank, this scholarship assists students in their first year at Medaille. This award is distributed to students in need of financial assistance living in Erie County.
Anna M. Kramer Scholarship
Awarded to an adult student (over 25) in a management related program with an interest in accounting. The scholarship is based on demonstrated financial need and academic merit.
Dr. Susan Bokman Leitzan Memorial Scholarship
Established in honor of Dr. Sue to ensure that her passion for animals and her commitment to the veterinary profession live on. This scholarship is awarded to upper class Vet Tech students achieving academic who have completed an internship and have work experience.
Medaille Endowment Scholarship
Funded by corporate and private gifts to support endowment, this scholarship was established to ensure that high achieving students in need of financial aid received assistance as they worked toward their degree.

Anna Illuzzi Palano Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of the founding President of the Medaille College Alumni Association Board of Directors and is awarded to continuing students based on financial need, scholastic ability, personal initiative, and participation in school and community activities.

Awarded to a junior or senior criminal justice major and is based on academic achievement.

Awarded annually to an outstanding student currently participating in the Communication Program.
Mike Roszman Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to a student who demonstrates talent in radio broadcasting or journalism who is actively involved in college and community events.
Joseph P. & Isabella Runfola Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to a student with a working-class background who is studying in a major that will help others. Financial need is considered.
Joseph E. Savarese Sr. Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of Dr. Joe Savarese’s father, Mr. Savarese Sr. was a career law enforcement professional with the NYPD and later Public Elementary School Teacher (NYC) for special students in New York City. The scholarship is awarded to a student majoring in Veterinary Technology who demonstrates academic excellence and financial need.

Kevin I. & Virginia D. Sullivan Scholarship

Dr. Philip Weber Scholarship
Named in honor of Dr. Weber who was co-owner of the Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic. This scholarship is awarded to second year Veterinary Technician students who are in good academic standing.

The instructors were knowledgeable and welcomed class discussions, with
respect for each student's contribution. I've learned how to be a more
effective leader. My capstone class gave insight on how to combine all
the education learned to operate a business. That's when I realized how
much I had sharpened my knowledge.
