Julianna Woite is the Online Course Designer and Trainer for the Office of Online Learning and a member of the E-Learning Team. She has over fifteen years of online teaching and course designing experience at several local colleges, as well as extensive experience teaching in the classroom. Currently specializing in Blackboard Ultra, she is passionate about designing engaging and pedagogically sound online classes and working with instructors to build an engaging online presence. She develops print and video training materials for faculty and students and facilitates on ground and online trainings.  

Woite, also an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Education, has previously served the college as an Instructional Technology Specialist for the School of Education, a member of the former Amherst Campus’s Online Instructional Design Team and the Blackboard Assistant for the School of Adult & Graduate Education.  She holds an MS in Student Personnel Administration and a BA in Psychology.
