HEOP Peer Mentor Application

 

HEOP is looking to hire three peer mentors to work for our summer academy from July 5 – 31, 2020. This is a live-on position where you are expected to commit to living in the residence halls for the duration of our the summer program. Peer mentors will have responsibilities comparable to that of a resident assistant, The purpose of the peer mentor is to enhance the quality of life in the residence halls while supporting the academic mission of the HEOP summer program. Additionally, peer mentors are expected to provide one on one support and guidance to the incoming HEOP cohort, assist students with important transitions to the college environment and encourage personal and academic success.
