Immediate Action: Place your deposit

  1. Visit

  3. Submit Student ID and Pin #
  4. Click Matriculation Deposit (bottom right corner)
  5. Place your deposit
    *If you're not living on campus, you may change Housing Deposit to $0

Immediate Action: Pick up your Medaille student accounts

(this step can only be accomplished once you have placed your deposit)

    * New York State Public Health Laws require full- and part-time students to submit proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella. In addition, all students must either receive the vaccination against meningococcal meningitis within the last five years, or acknowledge that they are aware of the risks and have chosen not to be vaccinated.     4. Under Billing, choose Review eBill
      Your balance due is listed at the top of this page.
      • Choose Make Payment to pay your bill via checking/savings account or credit card
      • Choose View Activity to see transactions listed on your student account
      • Choose Payment Plan to set up a semester payment plan

Due January 26: Install the Fletch attendance app

  1. Fletch is a technology that automatically takes attendance by detecting the presence of students' smartphones. This streamlined approach will assist the College in identifying who has been on campus for instruction and where. This technology will be useful for contact tracing should someone identify as COVID-19 positive. All students are asked to download and activate the free app to assist the College in its efforts to support public safety and well-being.
